I figured that Creepshow was pretty much the expected answer for this, so I decided to go a different route. I watched Three Extremes when I was on a crazy Asian movie kick a couple of months ago. This compilation includes Dumplings (Fruit Chan), Cut (Changwook Park) and The Box (Takashi Miike).
When Asians say "extreme," they really freakin' mean it. Three Extremes covers everything from cannibalism to infidelity to child molestation. It's such a twisted and weird anthology....it really stuck with me after I watched it. Definitely check it out if you haven't yet.
