Come on, Dr. Giggles, baby. This is a totally fun slasher about a self proclaimed doctor who escapes from a mental hospital to kill his victims in vaguely medical ways. I loved watching this movie with friends in my junior high days. His freaky laugh still creeps me out. I'm going to give this one a rewatch soon ;o)
